She stood there quietly, smiling, as her mother and sisters buttoned the back of her gown. With so many friends and family and much laughter throughout the day already, this was her first peaceful moment before she would walk down the aisle. She delicately touched the string of pearls that her mother was fastening around her neck. They were her mother's pearls, and her mother's pearls before that. Her mother reached around to gaze at her daughter, now a beautiful Bride, about to walk down the aisle to her future.

The scene was set in Brian's parent's back yard. A wonderful arbor with their new shared last name etched in the center stood magnificently in front of a backdrop of rolling hills. Brian walked his parents down the aisle, and took his place beneath the arbor to wait for Kelsea. There were a few lighthearted moments before she made her grand entrance, including a couple of tumbles down the aisle from the adorable miniature bride and groom (who lost their shoes but kept on smiling). The sliding doors then closed, and as a couple sang sweetly nearby, all of their friends and family stood, and the doors open, revealing Brian's soon-to-be wife, and she was all smiles.

Brian and Kelsea tied the knot on May 12th, 2018 in Bonnot's Mill, Missouri. Their friends and family gathered at the most quaint and intimate backyard wedding to congratulate the new Mr. and Mrs. The clouds gave us enough shade to keep everyone cool until the end of the ceremony, and then shone brilliantly throughout the rest of the day. They were blessed with a perfect spring day.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Laughlin! I am thrilled to have been the one to photograph your perfect wedding day. I wish you both a lifetime of wonderful moments and happiness!
